Placing Your Order
The MSRC Student Food Pantry utilizes the application PantrySoft for students to make "order for pickup" appointments between 6-48 hours in advance. You can access the ordering form at https://app.pantrysoft.com/login/osu or click the Student Food Pantry Ordering Form photo below.
Please click the “login here” button (in orange) beneath the heading “OSU Students Login Here” to log in with your OSU credentials to access the ordering system.
Order Ahead
Order for pick-up appointments can be made between 6-48 hours of the next available appointment. If there are more than 48 hours until the next available appointment time (for example, if you check on a Friday and the next available appointments are not until Monday), the system may say that there are no appointments available for the month. Check back within 48 hours of the next business day to see our available appointment times. Our maximum lead time is 48 hours as our selection of items is updated daily.
Drop-In Appointments
The Student Food Pantry also offers drop-in appointments to students needing food same day, that are not able to make an appointment online or are utilizing another resource in the Younkin Success Center. This is a limited selection of items. Students can access this option by coming into the Monda Student Resource Center during operational hours. You should not schedule a "drop-in appointment" through PantrySoft.
If you are experiencing issues placing orders in PantrySoft, contact sl-msrc@osu.edu.
